Is $29/mo really locked forever?
Yes. The price you join at is your price for as long as you stay subscribed. This pledge is published on this page and it does not have an asterisk. We can afford it because flat pricing is the business model, not a promotion.
How does the Sortly import actually work?
Sortly exports a CSV that includes your item data and photo links. Lockplate parses it, rebuilds your folders and items, attempts each photo link, and shows you a receipts screen: N rows read, N imported, N updated, N skipped with reasons and a downloadable list. Photo links in a Sortly export can expire or require a sign-in, so we report exactly which photos transferred instead of promising all of them. You verify the move before you trust it.
What platforms are supported?
iOS, Android, and web. Offline-first on mobile: the warehouse basement and the parking garage are fully supported locations.
Can I get my data out?
Always: full CSV plus a zip of your photos, one tap from Settings, free on every plan, forever. The lock in Lockplate is about the price, never your data.
When does it launch?
