Is the price really locked?

Yes. Your first paid price and lock date are stored as an immutable receipt. Later billing events can update status, not the price or date.

Is there a free plan or trial?

No. Lockplate currently has one direct paid plan with the same features and limits for every subscriber. If you are not ready, join the founding list instead.

What happens after Stripe checkout?

You return to Lockplate with a 6-character organization code. Sign in to the Android app with the same email, open Settings, and enter the code to activate the organization.

What if the internet disappears?

Inventory changes save locally first. They queue visibly and synchronize after the Android device reconnects.

Can I verify a Sortly move?

Yes. The import receipt accounts for every row and every photo attempt, including skipped records and the reason for each.

Are there item, user, or location limits?

No. The founding plan does not cap items, users, folders, locations, or photos.

What platforms are included?

Android is the current app release target. iOS is not included yet. Checkout, support, privacy, billing management, and deletion are available on the web.

How do cancellation, export, and deletion work?

Manage billing from the web account page. Export remains free in every account status. Account deletion is available in Android Settings and on the public deletion page.

What if my current export is unusual?

Contact support before purchase and describe the source and file format. Lockplate currently has a specific Sortly CSV and ZIP path plus generic CSV mapping.
