Terms of service
Effective 22 August 2026. These terms cover the Lockplate website, Android app, and founding subscription.
The service
Lockplate provides inventory capture, import, synchronization, and export tools. Android is the current app release target. iOS is not included in this release.
Subscription
The founding plan is $29 monthly or $290 yearly. Stripe shows the exact amount and renewal cadence before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage or cancel through your web account, account deletion, or support.
Price-lock pledge
Your joining price remains fixed while the subscription remains continuous. Canceling ends that continuous lock. A later subscription may use the price offered at that later time.
Your data
You retain rights to the inventory and photos you submit. You grant Lockplate permission to process that data only as needed to provide and secure the service. Export remains available without an added export fee.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lockplate to violate law, access another account, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or store content you do not have the right to use.
Service limits
We work to preserve offline changes and report failures clearly, but no software is error-free. Keep exports appropriate to your operational risk. Preview or test access may change as release gates are completed.
Cancellation, deletion, and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically erase your account. Deletion is separate and permanent. If a billing error occurs, contact support with the receipt email and do not include card numbers.
